Paul Cook is a 25+ year broadcaster, husband, dad, author, public speaker and cancer survivor who LOVES to share his unique perspective on life. And he’s LIVED. Paul loved his early days in the music industry, working his way to success in Los Angeles and St. Louis. But, as he struggled with anxiety early on in his professional career, he learned how to overcome those and live a thriving, positive life. He loves life as a “girl dad” to his college-aged and high school daughter, and serves on numerous community boards and in countless organizations. And, being an ‘80s and ‘90s child, he’s down with the Throwbacks too.
